Putting the finishing touches on my webdev project, its a bitch to make it look pretty thou. With the things I know that I can do with css and html its just some text with an image as a background and a neat layout.
Worried about the hardware one aswell, mine running about 4 pages and some people are in the teens, wtf are they writing about, I can just hope that its wankering on and that im not after missing something.
Also the HCI one, finding things that are really good or really bad examples of heuristics. Well thats my weekend. Also im sick of how expensive tobacco is, self rightious governement wankers jacking up the prices because "Studies show that a 10 increase in price reduces consumption by blah blah blah blah". Thats right if you increase the pric eof something people are inclined to by less. Think of the plastic bag levy. Who the fuck buys plastic bag anymore.
Cept you can't really get addicted to plastic bags, unless theres some weird ass fetishes out there. If you increase the price of something addictive people will mumble and still pay up. They only people who make money on tobacco is the company who manufactures the cigs or package the tobacco and the government who taxes it at rediculiously high rates. I asked the manager at an offlicense close to my house and he informed me that he makes about 2-3 cent per pack of cigs.
And the unfortunate thing about this is that when the tax goes up the government can take the moral high ground and say that its for peoples health. If your doing it for peoples health then DONT SELL TOBACCO, ban it in the country.
I mean you cant sell heroin and then get all worried that the people using the heroin are damaging their health, so you increase the price of your heroin so that they will reduce their intake and that its for their own good. WHILE STILL PROFITING FROM THEIR ADDICTION.
FFS the european court of justice found that irish tax rates and fixed minimum pricing is in breach of anti competition law.

Working away on my web dev project had some problems with it buts its all cleared up now, and also working away on the hardware one, just doing the tedious steps on how to assemble and install everything on a pc.

Forgot me password and couldn't post for a while. Em whats new, struggling with CSS and routing and kinda just waiting for the beginning for the summer. Well can't really think of anything else to say. Em was pricing me some second hand bicycles and one of them was a reasonable 70€ and the other 400€, and i was all :( thats not cool bro.
Well thats all thats been going on with me so i'll leave it there.
